About Our Client

This publicly traded Boston based company focuses on the development of novel biologic agents targeting the immune system for the treatment of cancer. They are a Pre-Clinical Stage Cell Therapy company that has technology designed to unleash validated and proven pro-inflammatory mechanisms on tumors while preventing unwanted side effects on non-target tissue. They create systemically delivered targeted therapies that address the limitations of immuno-oncology.

Job Description

  • Design mouse pharmacology studies with a focus on anti-tumor activity, PKPD relationship, and bio-marker identification
  • Coordinate with external CROs to perform mouse vivarium studies with hands on work required
  • Utilize cell-based assays for sample analysis using ELISA, AlphaLisa, protein analysis and cell based activity
  • Perform statistical analysis of experimental data from in vitro and in vivo studies
  • Maintain up to date notebook to present results to senior leadership
  • Actively participate in presentations during internal meetings

The Successful Applicant

  • PhD. in Cell or Cancer Biology, Pharmacology, Immunology or related discipline and 0-3 years of experience
  • BS/MS in Cell or Cancer Biology, Pharmacology, Immunology or related discipline and 8+ years of industry experience
  • Extensive technical and hands-on experience with mouse syngeneic tumor models and PK/PD studies
  • Prior expertise with managing work and timelines at various CRO is a must.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills are required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are a must
