This role requires extensive experience in backend languages such as Java, Scala, Rust, or C++/C.This role operates heavily in Asia, and as such, they are looking for someone fluent in Japanese (written and conversational)

Job Description

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions for a variety of applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and standards.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across the team.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate into projects.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance as needed.
