Senior SOX Auditor

• Plan and execute SOX 404 compliance efforts, including risk assessment, scoping, controls documentation and testing.
• Collaborate with various business units to ensure controls are effective and efficient.
• Identify areas of risk and make valuable recommendations for improvements.
• Assist in the coordination of SOX audits with the external auditors.
• Provide management with updates on SOX compliance efforts and audit results.
• Support special projects and initiatives related to internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Maintain current knowledge of SOX compliance trends and best practices.
• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
