• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data and generate reports to assist in decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting procedures and improve efficiency.
• Assist in audits by preparing required documentation and addressing inquiries.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives within the Accounting & Finance department.
