Senior Staff Attorney

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel on a variety of business-related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address legal concerns and mitigate risks.
• Stay updated on legal developments and advise the organization on potential impacts.
• Support litigation management and oversee external counsel as needed.
• Ensure corporate governance and regulatory compliance across all business operations.
• Develop and implement policies to promote legal best practices within the organization.
• Assist in the resolution of disputes and other legal challenges efficiently and effectively.
