If you are looking for an opportunity to join a company that fosters professional development and internal career growth this could be the opportunity for you.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement a strategic sourcing strategy for professional services categories.Identify and engage with potential suppliers of professional services, and evaluate their capabilities and offerings.Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers that deliver optimal pricing, terms, and conditions for the organization.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.Monitor and analyze market trends and conditions, as well as supplier performance, to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for professional services, and develop and execute sourcing plans that meet those needs.Develop and implement best practices and procedures for sourcing processes and systems.Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as cost savings, spend under management, and supplier performance, to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
