Senior Superintendent | 100M+ General Contractor

• Site General: Take total ownership of day-to-day field operations for large-scale industrial projects (tilt-up, precast, steel frame) ranging from 50k to 500k+ sq ft.
• Schedule Driver: Develop and aggressively manage the master schedule, utilizing 3-week look-aheads to coordinate massive structural steel and concrete scopes efficiently.
• Quality Control: Enforce rigid quality standards on high-tolerance industrial flooring, heavy MEP infrastructure, and complex equipment foundations.
• Safety Culture: Lead the "Safety First" charge, conducting daily toolbox talks and ensuring strict OSHA compliance on high-hazard industrial sites.
• Subcontractor Command: Manage diverse trade teams in a tight labor market, leveraging strong relationships to keep manpower levels high and production moving.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary field liaison for repeat industrial clients, managing expectations and delivering on promises to secure future work.
