Job Description

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Superintendent (CA K-12 Construction) - Roseville, CA

  • Developing onsite plans and procedures for field operations
  • Coordinating and monitoring the activities of subs, supplies and labor materials
  • Creating and updating progress schedules
  • Preparing regular job reports for job meetings o Making sure the job is completed on time and under budget

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Senior Superintendent (CA K-12 Construction) - Roseville, CA

  • 9+ years of experience in commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and other relevant technology
