Job Description

As a Superintendent you will be responsible for overseeing all construction related activities on site. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain daily job site safety
  • Oversee all crews, vendors and subcontractors
  • Handle material delivery
  • Open and close the job site every day
  • Maintain job schedules
  • Deliver project on time and on budget
  • Complete job walks with owners and other stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • OSHA 30 Hour Certification
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an on site Superintendent
  • Proficient in basic computer technologies such as Microsoft Office/Word/Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Track record of completing jobs on time and according to budget
  • Excellent references from subcontractors or previous hiring manager
