Job Description

  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for ground-up multifamily projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Oversee site safety programs and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Maintain quality control standards across all phases of construction.
  • Communicate progress and address issues effectively with stakeholders.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide the construction process.
  • Manage project budgets and monitor cost controls.
  • Resolve any on-site challenges while fostering a collaborative work environment.
