Job Description

  • Oversee daily construction activities for large-scale projects valued between $30M - $150M+.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Monitor site safety and compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to project stakeholders.
  • Manage project schedules, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest construction standards.
  • Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications and design documents.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-15 years of supervisory construction experience, particularly in multifamily, mixed-use, and government projects.
  • Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.
  • General Contracting or Builder-Developer background with experience in managing projects ranging from $30M to $150M+.
  • Proficient in construction management software such as MS Office Suite, MS Project, Procore, etc.
  • OSHA-30 Certified with a strong commitment to on-site safety practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong tenure at previous employers, reflecting stability and proven performance in the field.



What's on Offer

  • Base Salary:
    • Superintendent II: $110k - $125k
    • Lead/Senior Superintendent: $140k - $160k
  • Company vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement.

  • Profit sharing based on company performance (7.5%-8% of compensation on average).
  • Project-based bonuses for senior team members, ranging from $20k to $60k+ per project.
