• Will oversee subcontractors on site.
• Supervise and evaluate all assigned personnel.
• Create and maintain a positive and safe work environment.
• Review and approve both invoices and requisitions to ensure all payments to the vendors are correct.
• Occasionally throw on the tool belt and help with site work.
• Administer a Quality Control Plan on site.
• Create a baseline production schedule for projects.
• Hold preconstruction meetings with the subcontractors prior to each phase of the project.
