Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities for hospitality projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules and resolve issues.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to on-site teams and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and logs.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address challenges and meet client expectations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work adheres to project specifications and quality requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment on project goals.
