Job Description

  • Provide executive‑level oversight of all phases of large‑scale construction projects, from pre‑construction planning through final closeout, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to organizational goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and direct multiple construction teams and on‑site supervisory staff, establishing performance expectations and ensuring work progresses according to schedule, scope, and budget.
  • Champion on‑site safety culture, implementing advanced safety protocols, conducting high‑level audits, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate strategically with project executives, project managers, engineers, and architects to drive alignment across disciplines, anticipate project needs, and resolve design or coordination challenges early.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, addressing scope changes, delays, and site issues with decisive problem‑solving to maintain project momentum and minimize impacts.
  • Oversee and enforce rigorous quality control practices, conducting and approving high‑level inspections to ensure all workmanship meets or exceeds contractual, industry, and regulatory standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Background in ground‑up K-12 or municipal construction projects.
  • RELEVANT EXPERIENCE WITH A GENERAL CONTRACTOR REQUIRED
