Senior Superintendent - K-12 Ground Up Projects

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, project specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and sub-contractors, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Manage daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Implement quality control programs, ensuring construction projects meet the highest standards of excellence.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or delays immediately.
• Drive safety initiatives, ensuring site compliance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Lead and mentor construction team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Continuously review and improve construction processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
