Senior Superintendent - Mixed-Use Construction

• Oversee daily operations and management of $100M+ construction projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout project execution.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing any concerns.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts to minimize project disruptions.
• Mentor and guide construction teams to achieve project goals successfully.
