Job Description

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Superintendent:

Leads all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to spec. Oversees scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control. Enforces safety standards and compliance with codes and regulations. Manages site logistics, material flow, and daily reporting. Resolves field issues, drives productivity, and maintains strong communication with project managers and stakeholders. Mentors field staff and fosters a collaborative, high-performance jobsite culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will have"

  • 15+ years of superintendent experience
  • Experience leading large teams and complex, multi-building projects
  • Strong communication skills
  • Procore proficiency
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to track project budgets
  • Multi-Family experience (top priority)
  • Nice to have: K-12 experience, higher education experience, commercial experience
