Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of construction from groundbreaking to final punch list.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure timely and quality execution.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Mentor junior superintendents and field personnel.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on multi-family residential projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
  • OSHA certification preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Local market knowledge is a plus.
