Job Description



  • Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up high-rise apartment projects


  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure schedule and quality compliance


  • Enforce safety standards and ensure all work meets local codes and company policies


  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to track schedules, budgets, and project milestones


  • Conduct daily site walks, inspections, and progress meetings


  • Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities


  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for ownership, consultants, and inspectors

The Successful Applicant



  • 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up high-rise apartment or multifamily projects


  • Proven experience leading large, complex vertical construction projects from start to finish


  • Strong knowledge of concrete structures, building envelopes, MEP coordination, and high-rise logistics


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills


  • OSHA certification and strong understanding of South Florida building codes and regulations


  • Ability to manage fast-paced projects in an urban environment
