Job Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of superintendents and field staff.
  • Oversee field execution, scheduling, and logistics on large-scale projects.
  • Champion safety and quality as top priorities on every jobsite.
  • Collaborate with owners, design partners, and trade contractors to drive success.
  • Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with best-in-class standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction (large/complex projects preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to mentor and inspire teams.
  • Expertise in construction sequencing, trade coordination, and site logistics.
  • Proficiency with scheduling and project tools (P6, Procore, BIM, etc.).
  • A passion for building great projects and great teams.
