Senior Superintendent

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and specifications.
• Manage and mentor on-site teams, including subcontractors and field staff, to drive productivity and maintain a culture of safety and excellence.
• Collaborate with project managers, owners, and architects to resolve challenges and ensure alignment.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations to maintain an injury-free workplace.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
• Manage logistics and ensure optimal resource allocation for seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
