Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Lead and supervise construction teams to ensure project objectives are met effectively.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise.
  • Communicate project updates to relevant parties, including clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of construction activities.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment among team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing ground up construction projects as a Superintendent
  • Proven ability to lead and manage construction teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to adapt to challenges and find solutions to ensure project success.
