Job Description

  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and laborers.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports, documenting project progress and any challenges encountered.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:

  • Proven experience in construction management within the commercial industry with a General Contractor.
  • 5+ years in superintendent role, and experience in leading their own projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
  • A proactive approach to ensuring high-quality project delivery.
