Senior Superintendent

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor and resolve on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and provide regular project updates.
• Lead and mentor on-site construction teams to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
• Conduct inspections to ensure that construction work meets quality standards and specifications.
