You will be responsible for managing multiple construction sites simultaneously, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead and manage construction activities at various industrial project sites, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, conduct regular safety inspections, and promoting a culture of safety among all project team members.Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, proactively identifying and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.Mentor and coach junior superintendents and field personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Review and approve project budgets, change orders, and subcontractor invoices, ensuring financial accountability and project profitability.Maintain accurate documentation of construction activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
