Job Description

  • Lead all field operations on major Healthcare and Higher Education projects over $50M
  • Serve as the senior‑most authority on‑site, functioning as a Project Executive in the field
  • Oversee scheduling, logistics, safety, quality control, and subcontractor performance
  • Coordinate closely with project management, design teams, and ownership groups
  • Manage complex phasing, infection control, and active campus environments
  • Mentor and develop field teams, including assistant superintendents and foremen
  • Ensure projects meet or exceed expectations for delivery, compliance, and craftsmanship
  • Travel regularly to project sites while maintaining a strong presence in the office

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience leading large‑scale commercial construction projects
  • Proven success delivering Healthcare and/or Higher Education projects over $50M
  • Deep knowledge of technical building systems, compliance, and complex logistics
  • Strong leadership presence and the ability to represent the company at an executive level
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across all project stakeholders
  • Ability to travel as needed to oversee multiple project locations
  • A strategic, solutions‑driven mindset with a commitment to quality and safety
