Job Description

  • Use metrics to create reports that provide detail to make informed strategic decisions
  • Coordinate requests for change, disaster recovery testing, and delivery of bug fixes
  • Minimize and proactively mitigate any technology issue that might arise within the realm of FM Technology Support
  • Assist with the preparation and evaluation of materials for internal or external audits
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders; both internally and externally

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience with providing technology support
  • Experience with programming language
  • Working knowledge of Front Office system interfaces
  • Experience with risk management and control
  • Nice to have experience with foreign exchange products, bonds, derivatives, repos, and commodities products
