Job Description
- Use metrics to create reports that provide detail to make informed strategic decisions
- Coordinate requests for change, disaster recovery testing, and delivery of bug fixes
- Minimize and proactively mitigate any technology issue that might arise within the realm of FM Technology Support
- Assist with the preparation and evaluation of materials for internal or external audits
- Collaborate with key stakeholders; both internally and externally

The Successful Applicant
- Experience with providing technology support
- Experience with programming language
- Working knowledge of Front Office system interfaces
- Experience with risk management and control
- Nice to have experience with foreign exchange products, bonds, derivatives, repos, and commodities products
