Due to our unprecedented success, we are looking to add a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to our leadership team to scale our office headcount of sales and recruiting talent.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Build close partnerships with our internal leadership and help their teams grow by attracting top sales talent to Michael PageSearch, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple resources (LinkedIn Recruiter, Network, job boards, etc.)Manage the entire process from initial interview through offer stageConduct phone, video and in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidatesHave an involvement in the hiring process by prepping each candidate and the Leader who is interviewing themBuild a recruiting strategy that will always ensure a high volume of qualified candidatesTrack each hire through our internal ATSMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
