They partner with some of the world's leading healthcare companies and are actively expanding through new facility launches and strategic acquisitions across several states.Job DescriptionThe Senior Tooling Engineer will be responsible for: Proven expertise in injection molding, with a strong focus on tooling and procurement of injection molding tools.Experience developing piece part pricing for molded components, including cost modeling and vendor selection for tooling.Background working in or with automation companies as part of the manufacturing process.Demonstrated success partnering closely with Business Development teams to support new business initiatives.Ability to create and manage comprehensive costing models and collaborate with tooling vendors.Hands-on experience with validation processes within the MedTech (medical device/technology) industry.Strong understanding of project development and new product introduction; sustaining engineering experience not required.Experience in multi-site or multi-region environments, particularly with a focus on Massachusetts and New Jersey operations.Prior exposure to cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced, growth-oriented manufacturing environments.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
