The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Shell Project Manager role is a seasoned construction professional with a deep understanding of concrete shell work and a proven ability to lead complex projects from start to finish. They are highly organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments where coordination and communication are key.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete shell construction.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of structural concrete, formwork, rebar, and post-tension systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
  • OSHA certification preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
