Job Description

Oversee the full-cycle execution of shell construction on high-rise apartment projects.
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Coordinate with developers, general contractors, engineers, and city officials to meet project specifications and compliance requirements.
Lead site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and resolve any technical and operational challenges that arise during construction.
Track project progress and report key performance indicators to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager for a shell contractor on high-rise apartment projects.
Strong understanding of concrete, rebar, formwork, post-tensioning, and structural sequencing.
Ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure construction environment.
Strong knowledge of South Florida building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in construction scheduling software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, or similar).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
