Job Description

  • Oversee the full-cycle execution of shell construction on high-rise apartment projects.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with developers, general contractors, engineers, and city officials to meet project specifications and compliance requirements.
  • Lead site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and resolve any technical and operational challenges that arise during construction.
  • Track project progress and report key performance indicators to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager for a shell contractor on high-rise apartment projects.
  • Strong understanding of concrete, rebar, formwork, post-tensioning, and structural sequencing.
  • Ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure construction environment.
  • Strong knowledge of South Florida building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in construction scheduling software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
