Job Description

  • Oversee the shell construction phase of high-rise apartment projects, from foundation to structural completion.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and field teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and local building codes.
  • Identify and resolve any technical or logistical challenges to keep projects on track.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience managing shell construction for high-rise residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong expertise in concrete, formwork, masonry, and structural elements.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale subcontractors and field teams.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, OSHA regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred
