Job Description





  • Manage daily shell/structural construction activities (concrete, formwork, masonry, framing, envelope).


  • Coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, materials, and site logistics.


  • Maintain and track project schedules to meet high-rise structural milestones.


  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.


  • Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for shell-related scopes.


  • Lead inspections, quality control efforts, and issue resolution.


  • Work closely with the Project Superintendent and Project Manager on planning and sequencing.

The Successful Applicant

A successful High Rise Superintendent should have:



  • 8+ years of field construction experience, including significant high-rise structural work.


  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.


  • Proven ability to manage schedule, manpower, and fast-paced jobsite operations.


  • OSHA 30 preferred.


  • Experience working with large general contractors is a major plus.


  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple trades simultaneously.
