Job Description

  • Develop and implement quality control protocols and standards for the shop floor
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Identify and address any quality issues or inconsistencies in the manufacturing process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall product quality
  • Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices
  • Conduct regular quality audits and prepare detailed reports on findings
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Work proactively to reduce waste and optimize production processes
