Job Description

  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead a team of quality professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and product quality.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Analyze data to monitor performance trends and initiate corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure material quality and resolve any quality-related issues.
  • Stay informed of industry advancements and incorporate best practices into the quality management system.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Quality Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Quality Manager or 5-10 years as a Quality Engineer
  • AS9100 Internal Auditing Training
  • Must be a prior FAA DMIR or obtain FAA DMIR certification
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, fostering collaboration and achieving goals.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends and implement improvements.
  • Experience in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
