Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations of construction projects from planning to implementation.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and architects.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications.
  • Resolve any problems that may arise during construction.
  • Prepare and submit progress and cost tracking reports.
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times.
  • Train and mentor construction workers and construction laborers.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities.
  • Excellent understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office and construction management software.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
