• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Review work progress on daily basis to ensure that it is in line with the schedule.
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans, addressing issues and resolving problems as they arise.
• Ensure all safety guidelines and regulations are adhered to at all times.
• Maintain open and effective lines of communication with stakeholders at all stages of the project.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
