Job Description

Supervise all on-site construction, including subcontractor coordination and daily task scheduling.
Ensure project deadlines are met and work is completed within budget.
Monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
Prepare and submit project reports to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate on-site risks.
Facilitate communication between construction team and other stakeholders.
Manage construction site personnel and provide performance feedback.
Promote a safe and healthy work environment.

The Successful Applicant

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage construction teams.
Proven experience in commercial construction.
Excellent understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints.
Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations.
Problem-solving aptitude.
A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
