Job Description

  • Supervise all on-site construction, including subcontractor coordination and daily task scheduling.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met and work is completed within budget.
  • Monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
  • Prepare and submit project reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate on-site risks.
  • Facilitate communication between construction team and other stakeholders.
  • Manage construction site personnel and provide performance feedback.
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage construction teams.
  • Proven experience in commercial construction.
  • Excellent understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints.
  • Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
