• Project Oversight: Manage all on-site activities for high-end residential projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure timely completion.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to guarantee superior workmanship and adherence to architectural details.
• Budget Management: Monitor costs, track progress, and report on financial performance to maintain budget integrity.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, architects, and designers, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer experience.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project momentum.
