Project Managers get one project to dedicate their time to providing the best quality and service possibleComprehensive benefits including 100% employer paid healthcare, 401K with a match & moreJob DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Sitework Project Manager - Commercial General ContractorDevelop project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.Assemble project teams, including Sitework Superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.Provide leadership, direction, and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project financials, track expenses, and ensure adherence to the budget.Prepare and review project cost estimates, proposals, and change orders.Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.Provide updates on project progress, milestones, and changes.Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure project specifications are met.Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.Promote and enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance on-site.Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
