Job Description

- Review individual securities within accounts to confirm correct holdings and overall account accuracy

- Execute system transactions to facilitate the delivery of securities as required

- Conduct thorough reconciliations to ensure performance metrics align with account activity

- Identify and address discrepancies to maintain the integrity of account performance data

- Collaborate with team members to manage, analyze, and clean large data sets for reporting

- Utilize various financial systems and tools to support high quality performance reconciliation and account accuracy

The Successful Applicant

- 3+ years of Finance Experience a MUST

- Bachelors Degree a MUST

- Experience with SMA preferred

- Securities experience preferred
