The company's innovative products are designed to deliver high efficiency, scalability, and flexibility in power conversion and distribution.Job DescriptionThe SMT Manufacturing Engineer's responsibilities will include the following tasks:Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimize processes to meet high-performance, high-volume surface mount manufacturing and reliability requirements.Utilize SPC and problem-solving techniques to improve process capabilities and Cpk.Identify failure mechanisms in surface mount assembly and related processes, implementing improvements to enhance yield, reliability, and manufacturability under tight deadlines.Collaborate with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure that product performance, reliability, and manufacturability goals are met.Take a hands-on approach in creating paste and flux printing programs, AOI inspection programs, solder paste inspection programs, and reflow profiles.Participate in printed circuit board design reviews, focusing on manufacturability.Apply to this position today for immediate consideration!MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
