Job Description



  • Shape or contribute to strategy, set requirements, allocate resources, and manage policies and budgets while driving continuous improvement and addressing compliance breaches.


  • Define roles, oversee performance, support career development, and align team operations with both short- and long-term business priorities and corporate objectives.


  • Serve as a domain expert guiding technical direction, leading complex initiatives, mentoring junior staff, and influencing long-term business risk and profitability decisions.


  • Take accountability for assessing, managing, and mitigating risks while reinforcing governance and control frameworks across teams and functions.


  • Build strong partnerships, advise senior stakeholders, and apply advanced analytical thinking and research to develop innovative, business-aligned solutions.

The Successful Applicant



  • Comprehensive IAM Expertise: Deep experience across the IAM landscape, including identity management, authentication, authorization, federation, tools, protocols, and standards.


  • Strong Protocol & Tool Knowledge: Skilled in SSO, OAuth2, OIDC, PKI, PSD2 SCA, and possession-based authentication, with hands-on development experience in ForgeRock and Ping Identity platforms (PingGateway, PingAM, PingIDM, PingDS).


  • Development & API Design: Proficient in Java and/or JavaScript, with expertise in building scalable IAM APIs for smooth integration with internal and external systems.


  • Custom Authentication Solutions: Experienced in implementing custom authentication trees, adaptive and step-up authentication, and integrating with threat detection tools (e.g., ThreatMetrix, BioCatch) and diverse data sources (LDAPS, JDBC, SOAP, HTTPS).


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work with security, engineering, product, and compliance teams to embed identity-first principles within the DevSecOps lifecycle.
