Job Description

The Solutions Architect will be responsible for the following:

Lead the technical and functional solution design of customer implementations on the company's cloud platform
Oversee the product innovation, enhancement, and integration of the total compensation platform
Help coach and mentor implementation consultants to complete implementation development and testing activities
Improve the company's total compensation solution to meet the specialized HR needs of the clients

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

3 years of experience in software development and compensation solutions
Experience building solutions with 3 of the following:Azure, SQL, SRSS, ADF, ADO, and Scripting(Java or Power shell)
Experience with SQL Server, SSRS and SSIS
Must have experience in a client facing role
Must have experience with HR software integration or implementations
