Job Description

The Solutions Architect will report into the the VP of Technology and play an integral role in delivering on business solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that leverage our fiber and technology platforms to address client needs in the apparel and personal care industries.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives, and translate them into technical solutions that drive value.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our fiber and technology solutions, staying up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
  • Work closely with internal teams to oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration with client systems and processes.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to support pre-sales activities, provide technical expertise, and contribute to product roadmap development.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role, within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of fiber technologies, textile manufacturing processes, and the apparel industry.
  • Proficiency in software development, cloud computing, and data analytics technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
