Job Description

The Solutions Consultant will play a critical role in the sales cycle. Partnering side by side with the Head of Sales and reporting ot the Solutions Manager they will help to ensure that the sales cycle is complete.

  • Design end-to-end technical solutions based on client requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams on HR technology solutions, best practices, and implementation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, documentation, and technical specifications for HR technology solutions.
  • Oversee the integration of HR technology solutions with existing systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and compatibility.
  • Create prototypes, conduct testing, and iterate on solutions to validate functionality, performance, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and priorities.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, address technical challenges, and present solutions effectively.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, with a focus on HR technology solutions or related domains.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles, microservices architecture, API design, and security protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Deep understanding of HR and HR tech domain.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
