They emphasize quality, efficiency, and safety, managing every phase from preconstruction through closeout with a focus on delivering well-built, enduring structures that meet client expectations and community needs.Job DescriptionOversee all phases of ground-up K-12 construction projects from planning through completion.Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.Coordinate with school districts, design teams, subcontractors, and internal staff to maintain alignment on project goals.Conduct and lead on-site meetings, inspections, and progress reviews across multiple Southeast locations.Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.Review and approve drawings, submittals, change orders, and RFIs.Track and report project performance metrics to leadership.Support procurement and contract administration with vendors and subcontractors.Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges to minimize risk and delay.Promote a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement on every project site.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
