Specialty Projects Project Manager

• Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to maintain project quality and standards.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction codes.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and support staff.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to management.
