Job Description

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the Pennsylvania region.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, lab directors, purchasing managers, and other key decision-makers.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, identifying diagnostic needs and delivering tailored solutions using our cutting-edge capital equipment portfolio.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and educate customers on the value of our technology in improving diagnostic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and product management teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities to provide strategic insights that influence product development and sales approaches.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and performance benchmarks.
  • Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build brand awareness and establish a professional network.



Key Focus Areas: Strategic sales, customer relationship management, capital equipment, diagnostic solutions, market analysis, revenue growth, and sales targets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Over 5 years of successful sales experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical devices, with a strong focus on capital equipment.
  • Familiarity with hematology, diagnostic technologies, or laboratory workflows is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional skills in interpersonal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Highly self-driven, organized, and efficient in managing time within a remote, field-based role.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the PA territory, up to 65%.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales reporting systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
